What are your hours of operation?

    We have representatives available to serve your needs from 8:30 a. m. to 5:30 p.m. EST.

Must I remain in the plan for a specific time?

    Yes, there is a minimum one year contract. For your convenience the plan will automatically renew so your benefits are uninterrupted. If paid annually, you will receive a bill prior to your expiration date.

How do I renew my membership?

    Enjoy your benefits without interruption. For your convenience and to provide uninterrupted benefits, your membership will be renewed automatically (or if paid annually, you will receive a bill prior to the expiration date of your membership).

How can I cancel my membership?

    A 30-day notice in writing is needed to cancel any policy after the first year contract. All cards must be returned and there is a $25 non-refundable processing fee.
